Early Bird Vendor Table $500.00 through April 18, 2025 Includes 1 6 foot table, continental breakfast, hot lunch buffet for 2 representatives. Vendor tables are available on a first come, first served basis and will be assigned by committee members. Will need to bring your own table covering and extension cord if electricity is needed. Vendors may set up between 7:00 am and 8:00 am on May 30th. Final instructions will be sent out the week prior via email and will note if set up time the night prior is available. Parking is free.	$500.00 (+ $0.00 fee)
